Celebrate April National Poetry Month with a
Free Poetry Reading at Broward County
Carver Ranches Branch Library- featuring poet Anastasia Clark on April 7, 2008
Poet ANASTASIA CLARK will do a free
Poetry Reading at Broward County Library, Carver Ranches Branch on April 7, 2008 at 6:30pm. The event is part of a special evening planned
to celebrate April National Poetry Month.
Guests will also receive free pens. The

Anastasia
Clark is the author of several books. Full-length titles include Grieving
With Poetry, Bloodsongs
- poetry about women’s issues, Skeletons and Other Complaints-
poetry about life’s challenges and Vagabond Pond- poetry about feeling
lost.
She is also the author of the POETRY
PETALS chapbook collection- themed booklets designed for gift and
floral baskets. Titles include Friendship Poems, Healing
Poems, Holiday Poems, Humorous Poems,
Inspirational Poems, Kaleidoscope Poems, Nostalgic Poems and
Romantic Poems.
Clark (Moore) grew up in Framingham, MA
where she served as Poet-in-Residence
to the Public Schools during 1977-78. She currently resides in Miramar, FL. She conducts various poetry
readings and appearances at libraries, schools, book stores, galleries and
other venues. Her full-length
