POET ANASTASIA CLARK TO APPEAR AT
CARVER RANCHES LIBRARY

CLARK announces she will do a Poetry
Reading at the Carver Ranches
Library on Saturday, Sept 9, 2006 at 3:00pm. Attendees will receive a free
poetry party bag- which includes a pen, bookmark and other goodies. The library

Clark
is the author of several books published by Sun Rising Poetry Press. Full-length titles include Grieving
With Poetry (2004)- poems written after the death of her parents,
Bloodsongs
(2004)- poetry about women’s issues, Skeletons and Other Complaints
(2004)- poetry about life’s challenges, Vagabond Pond (Spring 2006)- poems
about feeling lost, and Electric Petticoats (Fall 2006)-
poetry celebrating the spicier side of life.
Chapbooks include the POETRY PETALS collection- themed
booklets designed for gift and floral baskets. Titles include Friendship
Poems, Healing Poems, Holiday Poems, Humorous
Poems, Inspirational Poems, Kaleidoscope Poems, Nostalgic Poems and Romantic
Poems.
Clark (Moore)
grew up in Framingham, MA, where she served as Poet-In-Residence to the Framingham Public Schools during 1977-78.
Her work has appeared in numerous literary magazines and she also served two
years as Poetry Editor and Poetry Columnist for Epiphany Magazine: a celebration
in writing.
Elizabeth Lindley is the Branch Manager of the Carver Ranches
Library. The branch opened in March 2006 and hosts a wide variety of clubs and
events, including a Book Club, Computer Club, Crafts Club, Fashion Club, Movie
Club, Music Club, Writing Club, Story Time- and English Café for those who want
to practice English conversation.
