Clark
will be signing copies of her full-length titles published by Sun Rising Poetry
Press: Grieving With Poetry- a collection of poems and journal entries
written after the death of her parents, Bloodsongs- a collection of poetry
about women’s issues, and Skeletons and Other Complaints- a collection
of surreal poems about life’s challenges.
Clark
(Moore) grew up in Framingham, MA,
where she served as Poet-In-Residence to the Framingham Public Schools during
1977-78. She now lives in Miramar,
FL with her family.
Her
work has appeared in Outsider Ink, Sunpiper Press Literary
Review, Penwomanship, The Ultimate Hallucination, Wilmington Blues, VOiCE, Scrivener’s Pen, Spillway
Review, Subtletea and Adagio Verse Quarterly.
During
2001-2003 Clark served as Poetry Editor and Poetry Columnist for Epiphany
Magazine: a celebration in writing. Her poetry columns have also
appeared in Cold Glass Magazine.
Her
poem “Old Volcanoes,” was nominated for the 2005 Pushcart Prize.
Clark
is also the author of the POETRY PETALS collection- which is
also published by Sun Rising Poetry Press. The chapbooks are specifically designed for
gift and floral baskets and feature vibrant cover art by Donette Smock. Titles
in the collection include Healing Poems, Inspirational Poems, Romantic
Poems, Nostalgic Poems and Humorous Poems.
